Statistics

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service. Plausible measures anonymously which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and what type of device they use. IP addresses are only used briefly to count visits and are not stored. Data is processed within the European Union.

Clicks on partner links

When you click a link to a partner (such as Booking.com, DiscoverCars or GetYourGuide), we record anonymously that a click happened and from which page. We don’t store your IP address, name or any other personal data. What the partner processes afterwards is covered by their own privacy policy.

Temporary preferences in your browser

To suggest relevant guides during your visit, your browser remembers in sessionStorage which topics you read about. This information never leaves your browser and disappears as soon as you close the tab.
